<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Overview</strong></b></p><p>Run your own crew, operate quality equipment, and take ownership of full landscape construction projects.</p><p> </p><p>Mountain Acres is a growing company focused on high-quality installs, patios, retaining walls, grading, and full property builds. We're looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman / Crew Lead who can lead from the front, keep jobs organized, and take pride in clean, efficient work.</p><p> </p><p>Small crew, steady workflow, and an opportunity to grow with the company as we expand.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage on-site crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards</li><li>Read and execute project plans, layouts, and scopes of work</li><li>Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site organization</li><li>Monitor progress and adjust workflow to maintain timelines</li><li>Communicate regularly with the owner on job status, challenges, and changes</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site</li><li>Operate equipment (skid steer, etc.) and support hands-on installation work</li><li>Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used properly</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients on-site</li><li>Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and consistency</li><li>Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues efficiently</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>2+ years of landscape construction experience, including retaining walls, laying paving stone patios, laying sod and turf, planting trees etc.</strong></b></li><li>Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job sites</li><li>Strong equipment operating experience (skid steer required, trailer experience preferred)</li><li>Ability to read and execute landscape plans</li><li>Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills</li><li>Valid driver's license with ability to tow</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>What We Offer</strong></b></p><ul><li>$28-$40/hr based on experience + overtime</li><li>Consistent full-time work</li><li>Small, efficient crew</li><li>Focus on quality installs, not rushed production work</li><li>Newer, well-maintained equipment</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company expands</li></ul></div></div>- Location Whistler, BC
