*About Ontario Bulk* Ontario Bulk is a specialized transportation company providing liquid bulk transportation services throughout Canada and the United States. We work with manufacturers, chemical producers, asphalt companies, food-grade shippers, and industrial customers that require dependable transportation solutions. We are currently looking for an ambitious sales professional to help grow our customer base and expand our footprint across North America. *The Opportunity* This is a commission-only business development role for someone who is confident in their ability to build relationships and generate new business. We are not looking for someone to sit behind a desk and wait for leads. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term customer relationships. *This role is ideal for:* * Experienced transportation sales professionals * Freight brokers looking for additional income opportunities * Industry professionals with strong customer relationships * Entrepreneurs and self-starters * Retired transportation executives seeking a flexible opportunity *Responsibilities* * Prospect and identify new transportation opportunities * Build relationships with shippers, manufacturers, logistics managers, and procurement teams * Generate and qualify leads * Schedule customer meetings * Present Ontario Bulk's services and capabilities * Work with management to prepare quotations and proposals * Manage customer relationships through the sales process * Support customer growth and account expansion *Compensation* This role is commission only. There is no cap on earnings. Compensation is based on business successfully secured and retained. Commission structure will be discussed with qualified candidates. Top performers have the potential to generate significant recurring income through long-term customer relationships. *What We're Looking For* * Strong communication skills * Self-motivated and disciplined * Comfortable with outbound prospecting * Ability to build trust and credibility * Transportation and logistics experience is an asset * Existing industry relationships are highly desirable * Entrepreneurial mindset *What Success Looks Like* Success in this role is measured by one thing: Bringing new business through the door. The successful candidate will consistently identify opportunities, build relationships, generate revenue, and contribute to the long-term growth of Ontario Bulk.
