As we continue to expand across Canada, we are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our Toronto team and help drive our next stage of growth. *About the Role* This is a hands-on business development role focused on generating new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Bluebits' presence across Eastern Canada by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and helping organizations discover new ways to leverage smart locker and digital infrastructure solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive professional with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding performance goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and contributing to a growing technology company. While the role includes managing inbound inquiries and developing existing opportunities, a significant portion of success will come from proactive outreach, prospecting, networking, and opening new doors. The ideal candidate is comfortable initiating conversations, engaging decision-makers, and building a pipeline through consistent business development activities. This role requires initiative, persistence, and a willingness to create opportunities rather than wait for them. We are looking for someone who enjoys identifying prospects, starting conversations, and turning relationships into measurable business outcomes. Equally important is a customer-centric mindset. We believe successful business development starts with understanding customer challenges, identifying opportunities to create value, and building trust through responsiveness, professionalism, and strong communication. The ability to listen, understand client needs, and position solutions that deliver meaningful value is critical to long-term success in this role. A successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their own pipeline and priorities, while also collaborating closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
