Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Clean kitchen and work areas. Organize buffets and banquets. Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles.
