Kredl?s Corner Market is looking to fill the role of Cookhouse Line Cook. This is a full time seasonal position with the potential to extend into a permanent role within the business. *Responsibilities : * * Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards. * Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner. * Operate flat-top, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Communicate with other departments to keep stock of products prepared in other parts of the business (hamburgers, sausages, buns, etc.) * Keep stock of inventory and pass information onto Fresh Food Manager for ordering supplies. * Collaborate with fellow cookhouse and ice cream staff to ensure smooth operations during service. * Always adhere to health and safety regulations. * Compete prep work and cleaning duties daily * Other tasks as required. *Qualifications:* * Experience in kitchen * Supervisory experience is an asset * Responsible, able to take initiative, and work well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * Creative and energetic, with good interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Ability to pay attention to detail and complete tasks consistently at a fast pace. * Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. * Flexibility with work schedule - weekend work will be required. *We thank you for your interest in our company.
