*OMAC World Class Martial Arts is an award-winning martial arts academy with various locations in the GTA. Oriental Martial Arts College is family-owned and focuses on providing the best quality of life for each individual that walks through our doors.*
We are looking a *talented and positive individual to join our team as a Martial Arts Instructor.*

We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for martial arts and fitness and wants to become part of a team that guides and mentors students, creating a thriving environment for all of our students and their families. The ideal candidate is ready to contribute to a positive team environment by sharing their skills and exploring opportunities.
*Availability Monday-Saturday, mostly evenings with flexibility.*
*Responsibilities:*
* Learn OMAC's school curriculum, including forms and self-defence, as well as WTF Kukkiwon regulated poomsae.
* Adhere to the class structure by operating fun and applicable warm-up segments and/or kicking technique segments.
* Address a large group of students with ease.
* Provide positive reinforcement to all students.
* Motivate students to improve at each rank.
* Provide adequate feedback to each student so as to ensure their improvement.
* Enforce school policies and boundaries where applicable.
* Works to create a strong team with Instructors and Masters.
*Qualifications:*
* 3 years experience in the martial arts, Taekwondo Experience is considered an asset.
* 2 years experience in a customer service setting.
* A certified black belt in your martial art is considered an asset.
* Experience working with children.
*Requirements:*

* Well developed organization skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks.
* Independent and self-motivated.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong emphasis on positive customer interactions.
* Ability to connect with students and families to develop strong relationships.
* Reliable and accountable.
* Excels in a work environment with children.
* Uses critical thinking to develop a structured lesson plan.
* Open to learning new skills.
* Vulnerable Sector Check required for employment.
* Evening and weekend availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
