\*Overview\* We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our dermatology skin and ear care team. The ideal candidate will assist our veterinarians in providing top-notch care to our animal patients. \*Duties\* - Perform vitals evaluations of animals - Assist with diagnostic tests and analysis - Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian - Monitor animals post-surgery and during recovery - Maintain accurate records of patient care - Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans - Keep the clinic and equipment clean and sanitized \*Requirements\* - Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology - Experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital - Proficiency in handling and restraining animals - Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking * Store discount Licence/Certification: * Registered Veterinary Technologist (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Vancouver, BC
