Duties: - Assist the head chef in overseeing the kitchen operations - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards - Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets quality standards - Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements: - Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role - In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are passionate about food, have a creative flair, and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
