Our teams are expanding, and we are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Robot Assembler with a desire to join a growing organization. If you're passionate about robots, this role might be for you! *Responsibilities:* * Building electro-mechanical robot assemblies for Production lines * Inspecting and troubleshooting robot assemblies * Wiring, including soldering, crimping, and potting * Following instructions from documentation and mechanical diagrams * Maintaining a safe shop environment by organizing and tidying up the workstation * Maintaining and performing inventory counts as required *Skills and Qualifications:* * High school diploma * Strong attention to detail * Problem-solving skills * Mechanical aptitude * Ability to work with a multi-functional team * Ability to work with minimal supervision *Who You Are:* Before anything else, we're looking for someone who brings the right mindset to the team: * *Be curious* ? Bring a collaborative, supportive energy to the shop floor so your multi-functional teammates always feel backed up. * *Be patient* ? Stay steady and precise during intricate wiring, soldering, and potting tasks, taking the time needed to get complex electro-mechanical builds right. * *Be reliable* ? Show up consistently with minimal supervision, taking complete ownership of your builds and inventory counts from start to finish. * *Be gritty* ? Stay resilient when troubleshooting tricky robot assemblies or when a sub-assembly fix takes a few iterations to pass inspection. * *Be a good person* ? Act with respect and empathy, helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive shop environment for everyone.
