Position #: 164186 Expected Start Date: October 15, 2026 Union: SEIU Facility: Southwest Integrated Health Facility City/Town: Maple Creek Department: Integrated Nursing Unit Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 15, 2027 FTE: 0.81 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: Per 12 weeks:- 26 shifts of 8 hours- 13 shifts of 11.78 hours Relief: No Float: NoHours of Work: Extended Shift Hours (11.78) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
