*Overview* We are seeking *Punjabi and Hindi speaking* dedicated HCA *with Car* to join our team for *Calgary*, *Chestermere and Conrich locations* in providing exceptional care to individuals in home care environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess the skills necessary to support our clients with their daily activities while ensuring their comfort and dignity. *Responsibilities* * Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. * Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. * Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions. * Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed. * Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. * Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. * Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or caregiver. * Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and team members to enhance the quality of care. *Experience* * Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care is preferred. * Familiarity with hospice care or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. * Experience in dementia care or home care settings is highly valued. * Strong caregiving skills with an understanding of patient needs and preferences. * Ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively while maintaining a respectful environment for clients. * *Canadian driving license and car is must.* * Knowledge of basic nursing principles is beneficial but not required; training will be provided as necessary.
