This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. *Duties* * Support lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development. * Assist with daily caregiving routines including feeding, diapering, and hygiene to ensure children?s comfort and safety. * Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages children to express themselves and build social skills. * Observe and document children?s progress, behaviors, and interests to inform individualized support strategies. * Help facilitate activities that develop motor skills, language abilities, and emotional regulation. * Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards. * Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child?s daily experiences and developmental milestones. *Skills* * Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings. * Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive learning environments. * Strong teaching abilities with a passion for nurturing early childhood development. * Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening. * Ability to follow detailed instructions while adapting to the dynamic needs of a classroom setting. * Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices for fostering growth in young learners. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families.
