Veterinary Doctor Assistant / Client Service Representative (CSR)Overview *Kingsway Veterinary Clinic* is looking for an experienced *Veterinary Doctor Assistant / Client Service Representative (CSR)* to join our team and support our practice. We are a *long-standing, family-owned veterinary clinic* that has proudly cared for pets and their families in our community since *1978*. We are committed to creating a welcoming, low-stress environment for our patients, clients, and team members. About the Position We are looking for an *energetic, positive, and outgoing team player* who enjoys working with both animals and people. The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting our veterinarians while also providing excellent customer service at the front desk. Responsibilities may include: * Assisting veterinarians with appointments and patient care * Safely handling and restraining dogs and cats * Preparing exam rooms and assisting with treatments * Greeting clients and checking patients in and out * Answering phones, emails, and client inquiries * Scheduling and confirming appointments * Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records * Providing friendly and professional communication with clients * Supporting the veterinary and reception teams as needed * Helping maintain a clean, organized, and low-stress environment Qualifications * *Previous veterinary clinic experience is required* * Strong communication and customer service skills * Friendly, energetic, and professional personality * Comfortable working with dogs and cats * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary environment * Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team *Please note: Only candidates with previous veterinary clinic experience will be considered for an interview.* Interested in Joining Our Team?
