*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Experience in child care preferred and strong leadership qualities. This role involves educating and caring for children in their formative years, ensuring their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with children, parents, and staff to create an inclusive atmosphere that supports diverse learning needs. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles. * Create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning. * Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. * Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. * Support children with special education needs by implementing individualized education plans. * Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities. *Requirements* * A degree in Early Childhood Education. * In good standing with The College of Early Childhood Educators * Valid First Aid/CPR Level C * Flexibility with hours * Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively. * Ability to write clear reports and documentation regarding student progress. * Experience in childcare settings, demonstrating patience and understanding of children's needs. * Knowledge of special education strategies to assist children with disabilities. * Passion for educating young minds while fostering an inclusive environment for all students. * Ability to engage with children creatively while promoting their social skills and emotional well-being.
