<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We have an immediate need for Managers in Windsor, Ontario.</p><p> </p><p>We offer Part time and Full time Management positions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1 - 3 years food service experience in a management role is mandatory</li><li>Demonstrated customer service experience</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Proven leadership ability</li><li>Computer proficiency</li><li>Able to operate effectively in a fast paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>Hospitality</strong></p><ul><li>Leads by example to demonstrate and reinforce with employees that the customer is the top priority</li><li>Responds to customers in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency</li><li>Responds to special customer requests in a friendly manner</li><li>Responds to customer service complaints, resolving problems and turning negative situations into positive situations</li><li>Assists in ensuring optimal employee coverage at all times and fills in as required for various areas during busy periods to maintain optimal customer service levels</li></ul><p><strong>People</strong></p><ul><li>Assists in the hiring and orientation process for new employees</li><li>Ensures all new employees are fully trained in accordance with company standards</li><li>Supervises and manages performance of Storefront Employees, Production Employees, and Shift Supervisors to ensure all job duties and behaviors are aligned with store policies, and takes corrective action when necessary</li><li>Motivates employees to meet goals and objectives, and provides guidance and assistance as required</li></ul><p><strong>Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Assists in maintaining a productive and safe work environment in accordance with all Tim Hortons operating, food safety, security, health and safety, and employment standards and applicable legislation</li><li>Assists the Store Owner and Store Manager in maintaining optimal inventory levels and proper yields from all products</li><li>Responsible for daily cash procedures and financial reporting</li><li>Assists with the preparation of the production sheet for bakery and donut items</li><li>Performs regular property walk-throughs and ensures all standards are being met</li><li>Monitors for, responds to and corrects unsafe acts and conditions, escalating the issues where necessary</li><li>Monitors information sources to keep current with new information</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>If you are interested in this position, please Apply Now.</strong></p></div></div>- Location Windsor, ON
