Full-Time Front Desk Agent *The Briars Resort* Jackson?s Point, Georgina, ON The Briars Resort is looking for a professional, friendly and reliable *Full-Time Front Desk Agent* to join our team. Responsibilities * Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service * Handle guest check-ins and check-outs * Manage reservations, phone calls, emails and guest inquiries * Process payments and maintain accurate guest information * Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly * Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments * Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Professional, dependable and detail-oriented * Comfortable using computers and learning hotel reservation systems * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Previous hotel, front desk or customer service experience is preferred * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays Job Details * *Job Type:* Full-Time * *Location:* Jackson?s Point, Georgina, Ontario * *Compensation:* Competitive and based on experience * *Schedule:* Full-time hours with flexible availability required Why Join The Briars Resort?
