Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques. Instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts. Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events . Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities. Maintain and repair sports equipment. Prepare reports. Understand principles of group dynamics. Leading/instructing groups. Leading/instructing individuals. Provide lifestyle awareness information. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
