*About AMFIIT* AMFIIT is a growing wellness company that delivers fitness and wellness programs where people live, work, and play. We partner with condominium communities, schools, hospitals, and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area to provide professional, accessible wellness programming. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Zumba Instructor to join our team. *Position Overview* This position involves leading Zumba classes primarily at condominium fitness facilities throughout Toronto, with additional opportunities to teach at corporate wellness events. Our classes are designed for the general population, with an emphasis on creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels. *Responsibilities* * Lead engaging and energetic Zumba classes for adults of varying ages and fitness levels. * Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging class environment. * Demonstrate movements safely while providing modifications when appropriate. * Ensure participant safety throughout each class. * Arrive on time and represent AMFIIT professionally at all locations. * Communicate effectively with participants and the AMFIIT management team. *Qualifications* *Required* * Current Zumba® Instructor License/Certification * Current CPR/First Aid Certification * Valid Professional Liability Insurance, or willingness to obtain coverage before teaching classes * Ability to travel to condominium locations throughout the GTA * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, reliable, and punctual *Assets* * Experience teaching group fitness classes * Experience working with beginners or older adults * Additional fitness certifications (Personal Training, Strength Training, Aqua Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, etc.) *Compensation* AMFIIT uses a standardized instructor compensation model based on class attendance. *Instructor Pay* * 2 participants ? $20 * 3 participants ? $25 * 4 participants ? $30 * 5 participants ? $35 * 6 participants ? $40 * 7 participants ? $45 * 8?9 participants ? $50 * 10+ participants ? $60 Classes require a minimum of 2 registered participants to run. *Why Join AMFIIT?* * Flexible part-time schedule * Opportunities to teach in premium condominium communities across Toronto * Corporate wellness teaching opportunities * Supportive onboarding and training * Opportunity to grow with an expanding wellness company We welcome applicants with additional fitness certifications.
