Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. Technical Skills: Proficiency in various maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Familiarity with building management systems is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
