*About Gold Lion Hospitality* Gold Lion Hospitality is a Winnipeg-based hospitality group operating a diverse portfolio of amenities, including hotels, dining, and entertainment venues across the Winnipeg area. We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our properties and help each brand grow its presence in the local market. *About the Role* The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns and promotional activities, applying project management methodologies to deliver results on time and on budget. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple projects at once, work independently, and adapt marketing strategy to the distinct identity of each property. *Key Responsibilities* * Define the scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables for each marketing project across the group's portfolio ? including seasonal campaigns, website builds or redesigns, brand launches, venue-specific promotions, and cross-property events ? managing each project through its full lifecycle. * Build and maintain a quarterly marketing roadmap covering all properties, and present it to ownership for approval, updating it monthly based on progress and business priorities. * Create, schedule, and publish content across each property's digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, property websites, and email newsletters), adapting strategy to each property's audience and brand. * Coordinate and manage external vendors, freelance photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters, acting as the single point of contact for all marketing projects. * Own and manage online reputation across review and booking platforms (Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, Yelp), monitoring and responding to reviews in coordination with on-site managers. * Track and report on marketing performance using analytics and project management tools, compiling monthly reports for ownership on campaign metrics, project status, and recommendations. * Research emerging marketing channels and trends in hospitality, entertainment, and food and beverage, presenting findings as structured project proposals. * Plan and coordinate promotional events, seasonal packages, partnerships, and community engagement activities across venues. * Build relationships with local media, tourism organizations, influencers, and community partners to generate coverage and cross-promotional opportunities. * Manage the consolidated marketing budget, allocating funds across properties and projects, and reporting monthly on cost efficiency and budget variance. *Requirements* * College/CEGEP diploma or higher in marketing, project management, business administration, communications, or a related field. * 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. * Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with reporting tools such as Power BI. * Proficiency in English. * Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (travel between company properties is required). * Availability for occasional evenings and weekends. *What We Offer* * Competitive hourly wage of $31.00 * Health care benefits * Free on-site parking * A varied role across a growing portfolio of hospitality properties *How to Apply* Please submit your resume and references through Indeed, or by email to chef@parkwestinn.ca Gold Lion Hospitality welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
