You will own end-to-end configuration, integration, and administration, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences across multiple channels.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What is in it for you:<br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Design, configure, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions.<br/></div><div>? Build and enhance IVR workflows and customer interaction flows.<br/></div><div>? Support the business in requesting, analyzing, and implementing new contact center features.<br/></div><div>? Architect and maintain serverless solutions using AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda.<br/></div><div>? Contribute to omnichannel contact center architecture (voice, digital channels, integrations).<br/></div><div>? Support and enhance Amazon Connect to Salesforce CRM integrations.<br/></div><div>? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.<br/></div><div>? Assist with data and integration analysis related to contact center platform evolution and migration efforts.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.<br/></div><div>? 0?2 years of experience in an IT, cloud, or architecture focused role.<br/></div><div>? Hands on experience with AWS.<br/></div><div>? Direct experience with Amazon Connect (configuration, enhancements, IVR, or support).<br/></div><div>? Experience or exposure to IVR systems and AI enabled contact center capabilities.<br/></div><div>? Understanding of omnichannel contact center architectures.<br/></div><div>? Familiarity with serverless development concepts, including AWS Lambda.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Nice to have</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce CRM.<br/></div><div>? Exposure to customer engagement platforms or contact center transformations.<br/></div><div>?
