We are now seeking a passionate and knowledgeable part-time consultant to join our expanding team in the Greater Toronto Area. *Location:* Greater Toronto Area (GTA) ? candidates must be based within the GTA. *Type of employment: *Part-time consultant. *Apply before: *July 10, 2026 *Key responsibilities* * Deliver hands-on training and competency assessments for compounding staff in hospital and community pharmacy settings, in accordance with the model standards for pharmacy compounding in Canada. * Represent QUESS 360 on site visits to support our Sales Executive team. * Provide expert consulting services, including advice on compounding best practices, cleanroom setup, and product recommendations. *Skills and Experience* * 5+ years of experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT), with a focus on hazardous compounding (High-risk compounding an asset). * Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. * Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring compounding staff. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and, while remaining organized and efficient under pressure, to deal with new initiatives. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. *Ready to make a meaningful impact on patient care? *Apply now and be part of a passionate team shaping the future of compounding compliance across Canada.
