Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee operational logistics of the organization. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Track and complete work orders. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Perform routine clerical duties. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintain work records and logs. Monitor personnel workloads and locations. Organize warehouse and work areas. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies. Monitor production progress. Train workers in duties and policies. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Forklift Operator Certification. First Aid Certificate.
