Dental Receptionist Wanted at a Busy Dental Practice * We are a modern, fast-paced dental practice focused on comprehensive patient care and clinical excellence ? and we?re looking for a *Dental Receptionist* to be the warm and professional face of our office. *Position:* Permanent Full-Time *(Monday-Friday)* *Start Date:* ?Immediately? *About the Role:* As our front-desk ambassador, you?ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting our clinical team. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy healthcare setting. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs * Schedule and confirm appointments * Manage insurance claims and pre-authorizations * Answer phones and respond to inquiries * Maintain accurate patient records * Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow *What We?re Looking For:* * 1?2 years experience in a dental or medical office * Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures * Proficiency with dental software (ABELDent an asset but not required) * We are looking to change to ClearDent software in the future * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Professional demeanor and appearance *We Offer:* * A supportive and friendly team environment * *Competitive hourly wage(To be discussed ) * * Opportunities for growth and continued education * Comprehensive benefits after probation * Paid holidays and vacation time If you?re passionate about patient care and want to be part of a professional dental team delivering exceptional service ? we?d love to meet you!
