*Company Overview* Vivid Tours is the Okanagan's largest and most recognized wine tour company. Since launching in 2020, we have consistently grown to a team of over 40 employees while operating the regions largest tourism fleet. We are now entering the next phase of growth. We are building a leading tourism, transportation, and experience brand with ambitious expansion plans throughout British Columbia and beyond. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced, driven, and entrepreneurial *Sales Director / Business Development Manager* who will be responsible for creating new revenue opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, securing corporate business, and helping drive Vivid Tours toward the next level. This is not a traditional inside sales position. This role is designed for someone who thrives on relationship building, strategic thinking, networking, and creating opportunities where none previously existed. *Summary* This position will be responsible for developing and executing Vivid Tours' sales strategy across multiple business segments, including: * Corporate events and retreats * Hotel and resort partnerships * Destination management services * Travel trade partnerships * Tourism partnerships * Conference partnerships * Private and luxury wine experiences * Develop new revenue channels The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities, build relationships, negotiate agreements, and generate measurable revenue growth. This role will work directly with ownership and senior leadership to help shape the future direction of the company. *Responsibilities* This position will be responsible for developing and executing Vivid Tours' sales strategy across multiple business segments, including: *Strategic Business Development* * Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities throughout British Columbia and Canada * Develop strategic growth plans and sales initiatives * Research and evaluate new tourism markets and partnership opportunities * Create and execute business development campaigns * Develop long-term revenue generation strategies *Corporate Sales* * Build relationships with businesses throughout British Columbia * Generate corporate retreat, team-building, and client appreciation business * Secure transportation contracts for conferences and events * Develop customized corporate experience packages * Conduct presentations and sales meetings with decision-makers *Hotel & Tourism Partnerships* * Develop relationships with hotels, resorts, vacation rental managers, and tourism organizations * Create referral partnerships and preferred supplier agreements * Increase referral business from tourism stakeholders * Maintain strong relationships with key tourism partners *Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management* * Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach * Maintain and manage CRM systems * Track sales activities and opportunities * Prepare sales forecasts and revenue reports * Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline *Relationship Management* * Serve as a key ambassador for the Vivid Tours brand * Build lasting relationships with clients and partners * Attend tourism industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions * Maintain a strong presence within the local and provincial tourism community * Develop and execute strategic partnership strategies to enhance company growth. * Identify and negotiate new business opportunities aligned with company goals. * Manage key stakeholder relationships to foster long-term collaborations. * Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence. * Oversee project management activities related to partnership programs. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize outreach. * Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools for tracking and reporting partnership performance. * Represent Vivid Tours at industry events and networking opportunities. *Qualifications*- Location Kelowna, BC
