An appraisal firm is looking for an entry-level or experienced candidate interested in learning about real estate appraisal, property valuation, and market research. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Responsibilities include: Assisting with other daily appraisal-related duties as requested by the appraiser Preparing appraisal report templates for residential and commercial assignments Assisting with research of comparable sales, listings, rental data, zoning, property records, and market information Organizing property information, photographs, maps, assessment details, and supporting documents Inputting data into appraisal report templates and Excel charts Qualifications: Ability to use CRAL report software Strong attention to detail Good writing and research skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to organize data and follow report templates Interest in real estate, property valuation, or appraisal Prior experience in real estate, appraisal, mortgage, planning, architecture, or property research is an asset, but not required Please Email only resumes and cover letters to wdkim860@gmail.com We appreciate the interest of all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
