*Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair styling services while also contributing to a welcoming and professional salon environment. *Responsibilities* * Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, Perm and treatments tailored to each client's needs. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and products. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing tools and equipment after each use. * Assist at the front desk when needed, managing appointments and greeting clients with a friendly demeanor. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon sales goals. * Foster strong customer service relationships by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best options available. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and team members. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, as it aids in upselling products during client consultations. * A solid understanding of sanitation practices within the salon environment is required. * A valid cosmetology license is mandatory to perform hair styling services professionally.
