<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage and respond to security incidents via ServiceNow, following established incident response protocols.</li> <li>Analyze emerging threats and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop and maintain operational reporting (e.g., RMDIs, HR investigations, lost/stolen asset reports).</li> <li>Compile and analyze data for executive-level metrics and dashboards.</li> <li>Lead and support security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations.</li> <li>Coordinate multi-unit responses during security incidents and ensure timely stakeholder engagement.</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis and document incident response procedures.</li> <li>Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) service requests within SLA timelines.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate and mitigate potential security risks.</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response and threat analysis.</li> <li>Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles.</li> <li>Experience in compiling and presenting security metrics and reports.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during security events.</li> <li>Knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li>Must be available to work onsite in Regina, SK.</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience in public sector or government environments.</li> <li>Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.</li> <li>Background in conducting phishing simulations and awareness training.</li> </ul><p>Familiarity with Canadian privacy and security regulations</p><p> </p><p> </p>- Location Regina, SK
