Based in Toronto, this field-based role involves managing casualty and liability claims across the Greater Toronto Area, combining autonomy, client interaction, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What is in it for you:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Annual salary: 120K-130K depending on experience.<br/></div><div>? Work model: Field-based role with remote flexibility.<br/></div><div>? Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.<br/></div><div>? Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.<br/></div><div>? Investigate and report on a caseload of casualty and liability claims.<br/></div><div>? Manage claims through to effective and satisfactory resolution.<br/></div><div>? Maintain high levels of service delivery for internal and external stakeholders.<br/></div><div>? Handle claims across Commercial General Liability, construction including Builders Risk and Wrap-Up Liability, Professional Liability, Environmental Liability, Equine Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Automobile Liability.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? University degree or college diploma required.<br/></div><div>? Completion of, or progress toward, CIP or FCIP designation is considered an asset.<br/></div><div>? 5 years of adjusting experience or 7 to 8 years of casualty claims examining experience.<br/></div><div>? Valid Independent Adjuster?s Licence in Ontario or eligibility to obtain a Probationary Licence.<br/></div><div>? Valid driver?s license and access to a personal vehicle.<br/></div><div>? Ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area approximately 20 to 30 percent of the time.<br/></div><div>? Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.<br/></div><div>? Innovative, adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.<br/></div><div>? Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.<br/></div><div>? Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client-focused service delivery.<br/></div><div>?
