We are looking for someone who strives to give the best customer service experience. Join us for the opening of *Modo Hotel* and be a part of something extraordinary! *What You?ll Do* * Ensure reservations/inquiries are handled correctly and accurately * Be knowledgeable about different room types, current rates, amenities, services and all hotel procedures and promotions * Ensure to maintain proper confidentiality of hotel and guest information * Ensuring exact compliance with registration and departure procedures and completion of all documentation necessary * Ability to listen and respond in a calm, diplomatic manner to any guest issues * Book reservations and process reservation with a high degree of accuracy * Expected to work a *varying schedule, including weekdays, weekends and holidays* * MUST be a team player and able to work with every department in the hotel to achieve exceptional service. *What You Have* * Must be detailed orientated, self-motivated and reliable * Min 2+ years of previous Front Desk Management/ Supervisor experience * MS Office knowledge, and good computer skills * Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English * Solid customer service skills * Legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered. * Service-focused personality is essential. *Why You?ll Love Working with Us* * Competitive salary * Paid vacation * Competitive extended health and dental benefits plan * Career development and opportunity for advancement Pay: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year Benefits: * Extended health care Work Location: In person
