*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting good oral health practices. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software system (Dentrix). * Assist the dentist during procedures, including orthodontic treatments when necessary. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. *Skills* * Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry. * Experience with Dentrix or similar dental office management software. * Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and address their needs. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations. * Knowledge of orthodontics is beneficial for assisting with specialized treatments. * Previous experience in dental assisting is advantageous but not required.
