*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our landscape construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of systems and components in commercial and residential projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a broad skill set including interlock paving and the operation of various tools and equipment. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine installation requirements. * Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to install designs such as patios, decks, stairs, retaining walls, and concrete forms. * Measure and cut materials accurately to specifications. * Assist with construction estimating and material procurement when necessary. * Ensure all installations meet safety standards and building codes. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase. *Qualifications* * Proven Experience in Interlock installation, grading, leveling, underlayment, etc. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. * Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions. * Valid G Class license. * This position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and installation work to develop their skills across multiple disciplines while contributing to high-quality project outcomes.
