*Overview:* Tritec Concrete is seeking an experienced and reliable Welder to join our team for our shop and batch plant. We?re happy to provide on-site training for enthusiastic individuals ready to grow and learn with us. _Selected applicants will be contacted accordingly _ *Job Requirements:* * Previous welding experience preferred * Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment * Strong attention to detail * Reliable and punctual *Job Responsibilities:* _Tasks include but are not limited to:_ * Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding * Read and interpret blueprints and measurements * Fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment * Inspect welds for quality and safety * Maintain a clean and safe work environment *What We Offer:* * Competitive wages * Full-time hours * Overtime opportunities * Supportive work environment * Opportunities for advancement Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Licence/Certification: * Class 3 Licence (preferred) * Class 1 Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location St. Eustache, MB
