We are dedicated to nurturing the whole child through a warm, inclusive, and child-centered approach that blends authentic Montessori principles with Ontario?s _How Does Learning Happen?_ framework. We are seeking a passionate, organized, and committed *Montessori Kindergarten Teacher* to join our team and take the lead in launching our new kindergarten classroom. This is a *full-time, permanent position* ideal for an educator who is excited to build a beautiful, welcoming classroom from the ground up and play a key role in establishing a vibrant new learning environment. *What You?ll Be Doing* You?ll be an essential part of the Learning Grove Academy team, helping bring our vision to life. Your responsibilities will include: * Setting up and organizing a beautiful, high-fidelity Montessori kindergarten classroom * Selecting and arranging Montessori materials thoughtfully and intentionally * Participating in and leading classroom tours for prospective families * Planning and delivering a developmentally appropriate, child-centered Montessori curriculum * Creating a classroom culture of independence, kindness, and curiosity * Fostering strong, respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues * Observing, documenting, and communicating student progress regularly * Collaborating with administrators and fellow educators as part of a supportive, professional team *Qualifications* We are looking for an educator who brings both heart and skill to their teaching.
