The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with people in person and over the phone. The primary role is to assist the sales/operating manager, there are two types of marketing assistants, one in person and another that would mostly be working remote, there is also a possibility that the same person can do both. Some task may include making phone calls, following up with clients, scheduling and preparing a few social media post each week and scheduling estimates into the sales managers calendar and general administration work. Shifts are Monday-Friday and the time depends on what task you are doing. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person- Location Halifax, NS
