<p><strong>GAGNÉ MÉTAL</strong> is seeking an <strong>Assembler / Installer</strong> to join its on-site installation team. The selected candidate will participate in the on-site assembly and installation of metal structures such as staircases, balconies, railings, and related components, using prefabricated parts, in collaboration with installers and team leaders.<br><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p><strong>Assemble and install metal and wood</strong> <strong>balconies, staircases and structures</strong> on job sites according to provided plans</p></li><li><p>Perform assembly, adjustment, and alignment of components (bolting, fastening, leveling)</p></li><li><p>Assist installers and welders during on-site work</p></li><li><p>Safely handle and position structural components</p></li><li><p>Maintain a <strong>clean, organized, and safe worksite</strong></p></li><li><p>Follow the team leader?s instructions and meet project deadlines</p></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><ul><li><p>Experience in installation, assembly, or manual labor on construction sites (an asset)</p></li><li><p>Ability to read basic drawings and take accurate measurements</p></li><li><p>Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in French (required)</p></li></ul><strong>Desired Skills<br></strong><ul><li><p><strong>Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude</strong></p></li><li><p>Autonomy and sense of responsibility</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship</p></li><li><p>Adaptability to different job sites</p></li></ul><strong>Working Conditions</strong><ul><li><p><strong>Full-time ?
