*Job Overview* You will be working alongside experienced team members and using company?provided technical drawings and work orders, production workers participate in the manufacturing of *heat exchangers, refrigeration coils, and air conditioning coils*. Training is provided, and tasks may vary depending on skill level and production needs. This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute effectively within a manufacturing setting. Prior experience with manufacturing is highly valued for success in this role. *As part of the role, you will be required to:* * Maintain a level of fitness consistent with manufacturing work- many areas in the plant require an ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy objects * Learn how to read a tape measure and read exact measurements in inches * Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical diagrams. * Stand and sit for the duration of your shift * Be able to work two shifts on a rotating basis; 7am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 12am * Follow detailed instructions * Adhere to all Health and Safety policies *Benefits* * Extended health coverage for employees and dependents, including prescription drug plan & dental (*100% employer?paid premiums*) * Company contributions to pension plan * Annual safety boot and clothing allowance * Company events (golf tournament, BBQ, Christmas party) Pay: $25.48 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Company pension * Dental care * Extended health care Application question(s): * Do you live in Kingston? * Are you able to work both shifts? * Do you, or will you require sponsorship to work in Canada?
