Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Compile data to prepare documents . Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures. Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors. Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings. Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents. Manage events. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Accurate. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication.
