OLIO BAYFIELD & CAPTAIN HARRY'S BAYFIELD NOW HIRING: DISHWASHERS. COMPETITIVE WAGES, FLEXIBLE HOURS. *The role:* The kitchen doesn?t run without you. Full stop. You keep the plates moving, the stations clean, and the rhythm of service unbroken. It?s not glamorous, but it?s essential ? and, essential work is respected work. You?re also someone who understands that you?re part of a team, and when the kitchen needs an extra hand with prep or the front-of-house needs support, you?re ready. *What you?ll do:* * Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware * Keep the dish pit clean, efficient, and flowing throughout service * Support kitchen cleanliness ? floors, surfaces, equipment, waste management * Restock clean dishes and glassware to stations as needed * Assist with basic food prep when the kitchen needs an extra hand * Maintain health and safety standards at all times * When the kitchen is in a crunch, you?re aware of what?s needed and ready to help. When the front-of-house is slammed and needs clean plates faster, you rise to it * Understand that dishwashing is your primary role, but being part of the team means flexibility *What you bring:* * Reliability above all else ? you show up, on time, every shift * Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable on your feet for extended periods * A team-first attitude ? you take pride in keeping the kitchen running * No previous experience required, but restaurant experience is an asset * Available evenings, weekends, and holidays * You understand that every great plate starts with a clean one * You?re willing to help wherever you?re needed *The Standard* We believe that great hospitality is a team effort. Your role is your focus, but the entire experience is everyone?s responsibility. The chef steps out to help reset. The server assists the dishwasher. The host runs food. The bartender clears tables. The dishwasher preps vegetables. Everyone does everything because everyone cares about the same thing: making sure every guest feels like they?ve been welcomed into something special. This doesn?t mean your role is unclear ? it means your role is your foundation, and your flexibility is your strength.
