Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people.
