Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Perform data entry. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Judgement. Reliability. Time management. Accountability. Dependability. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?.
