Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs. Monitor quality and production levels. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Perform animal grooming activities . Provide expertise in response to clients needs. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
