You have the power to make a real difference in the lives of young people and offer them a brighter future.</p><p><em>Percentage of work: 7.1400% until the return of the incumbent, no later than June 20th, 2025</em></p><p><strong>THE POSITION</strong></p><p>As a rehabilitation agent, you will be an essential pillar in the students' educational journey, helping them to overcome certain adaptation difficulties. Your role will be to identify, support and accompany these students, with the aim of restoring and developing their adaptive capacities, fostering harmonious interaction with their environment, and encouraging their autonomy. You will also play a crucial role in advising and supporting educational professionals and parents, to ensure a collaborative and caring approach.</p><p><strong>THE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Actively participate in the development of personalized intervention plans and the implementation of psycho-educational services, while respecting educational and administrative frameworks.</li><li>Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, teachers, and parents to develop targeted strategies and projects, and provide advice and support adapted to each situation.</li><li>Design and adapt specific teaching resources to meet the needs of students with adjustment difficulties.</li><li>Plan and lead training activities for educational professionals and group activities for students, with a view to promoting the development of adaptive skills and desirable social behaviors.</li><li>Intervene, if necessary, in specific crisis situations, supporting the entities involved by proposing concrete, benevolent solutions.</li></ul> <br> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of specialization, particularly psycho-education.</li><li>Passion for education and the well-being of young people.</li><li>Good listening skills, empathy, keen sense of collaborative work </li><li>Creativity, ability to innovate, analyze and adapt to the varied needs of students.</li></ul>
