*Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities in the Windsor-Essex area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for providing custom solutions to new customers and a proven track record in sales. You will work independently in the field while collaborating with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
*Duties*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
* Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the Overhead Door and Loading dock systems industry.
* Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective strategies and execution.
* A true go-getter with a mindset of company growth and expanding our footprint across Ontario.
* A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Proven experience generating work from Cold calling/Door knocking (B2B)
