The Team Anti-Money Laundering Technology (AML Tech) is a technology organization supporting the bank's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) efforts. We are a large and complex organization supporting an application with global user base. The Role Reporting to the Senior Project Leader, Development, the Programmer Analyst Advisory will be responsible for the steady state support and maintenance of Oracle-based applications in development, testing, production, and BC;DR environments, as well as advising on design solutions and code reviews. Is this role right for you? Supporting and maintaining Oracle-based applications that meet the business requirements and user expectations. Working closely with Tier I triage teams to plan and work on next-in-priority technical items. Upholding strong standards for code reviews, deployments, and coding. Working extensively in the Service Now Ticket Management system to manage workload and keep stakeholders informed. Collaborating with other developers, testers, architects, etc. to deliver well-designed and well-researched solutions. Supporting the optimisation of testing, debugging, and troubleshooting processes. Proficient in written and oral explanations of issues and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills and Experience Oracle FCCM (Mantas) experience from the development perspective 5-7 years of experience in software development environment SQL hands on experience: writing, optimizing, reviewing SQL code/queries (3 years minimum_ Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle Proficiency with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Gradle, Bitbucket, Artifactory etc.) Experience with following technologies (2 years minimum): Apache/Tomcat Linux Oracle 12/19 Databases Must possess proven interpersonal, communication (verbal/written/presentation) and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from both users and senior management.
