Position Overview: As a physiotherapist at Peak Rehab, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and provide top-notch care to a diverse patient population. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for individuals with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Your dedication to delivering exceptional patient-centered care will be the key to helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical needs and goals * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of evidence-based physiotherapy techniques * Monitor patients' progress, reassess treatment plans, and modify interventions as necessary * Educate patients on self-management techniques and provide appropriate home exercise programs * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution in Ontario * Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist in Ontario * Demonstrated experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a rehabilitation setting * Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and their respective treatment protocols * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients, colleagues, and caregivers * Effective communication skills to convey complex medical information to patients in a clear and empathetic manner * Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Benefits: * Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience * Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education * Supportive and collaborative work environment * State-of-the-art facilities and access to cutting-edge technologies * Flexible work hours Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38.00-$50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
