*Skylink *is currently seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee and drive the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, developing business strategies, ensuring financial performance, and enhancing overall company growth. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving company goals, optimizing operational processes, managing budgets, and fostering a positive work environment. The General Manager will collaborate with department heads to improve efficiency, maintain client relationships, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in strategic planning are essential for success in this role. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive company culture. * Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor strategic business plans to ensure company growth and operational efficiency. * Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and cost-effective operations. * Operational Optimization: Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring optimal productivity. * Goal Setting & Achievement: Set clear, measurable company goals and drive teams toward meeting targets in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. * Client & Stakeholder Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support business success. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement. * Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align departmental goals with company-wide objectives and foster teamwork. * Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance business processes and service delivery. *Please submit your application if you have the following qualification:* * *10 years or more of experience in senior management in US/Canada, preferably sales management* * *Degree holder in business related programs* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Life insurance * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * US/Canada: 10 years (required) * Sales Management: 10 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
