*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a genuine love for working with children, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in their learning journey. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. * Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. * Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development. * Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community. * Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and any incidents that may occur. * Collaborate with other educators to enhance the curriculum and share best practices. * Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends. *Qualifications* * Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. * Strong time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks. * Proficiency in English; ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with parents. * Basic computer operation skills for maintaining records and lesson planning. * Knowledge of working with persons with disabilities is a plus. * Familiarity with French is advantageous but not required. * Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide children in their learning experiences.
