*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team, responsible for the installation of various materials and structures in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all installations meet high-quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform installations of flooring, tiles, and other materials according to project specifications. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. * Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and layout designs. * Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing of joints and edges for a finished look. * Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and handymen, to complete projects efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. * Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure adherence to standards. *Skills* * Proficient in tile laying techniques and flooring installation methods. * Strong ability to use hand tools and power tools with precision. * Experience in carpentry is a plus, enhancing versatility on the job site. * Knowledge of caulking techniques for effective sealing applications. * Ability to read blueprints accurately for successful project execution. * General maintenance person skills that contribute to overall project completion. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
