Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus) - Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions - Ability to upsell and promote products effectively - Knowledgeable about the products being sold and able to provide accurate information to customers - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and keep track of inventory - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment.
